Hire For A Workshop Or Event – If you’re looking to exclusively hire our workshop space then we’d be happy to hear from you. The hire for up to 4 hours (including setting up and clearing away time) is £70+ VAT which includes us providing water, tea, coffee and biscuits or crisps for you and your guests, you’re more than welcome to top that up with prosecco and cake if you want to. Our workshop area adjoins the shop with access from Holywell Hill. Most workshops we host seat 6- 12 people comfortably depending on how much elbow room they need. You would be responsible for your own marketing although we are happy to add a Facebook event to our page and an Instagram post for £5 extra. Hire As A Pop Up – We love supporting other small businesses and offer you the chance to showcase your products in a bricks and mortar environment in a separate area but as part of our established shop, so we’ll be on hand to offer you a friendly helping hand if you need it. You can get together as a collective to share the cost and the workload but whether you do that or go it alone it offers you the chance to get face to face with your customers.
Our space is available for hire to run as a pop up shop for 7 days at a cost of £450 + VAT. In response to a lot of enquiries recently we’re now offering day hire, the rates are as follows: Monday – Thursday £76 + VAT and Friday – Sunday £100 + VAT. We keep one week a month minimum available for pop ups.
The space has its own entrance with access from Holywell Hill and you have use of a road facing window for display. The area measures 620 x 365 cm. We will,provide tea, coffee and water for you and can offer a manned service from Mon- Weds if you don’t want to be in your shop for the whole week.
