Advanced Furniture Painting Techniques

This workshop teaches you how to take your furniture from a basic painted and distressed finish to a higher level. Learn how to apply and use dark, ageing, liming and metallic waxes to highlight, age and create depth and interest to your furniture. In addition we will show you how to use glaze both tinted and coloured with your choice of paint to apply to pieces to create unique decorative effects. We use Fusion Mineral Paint for this workshop.

We will use wooden boards and moulds to practice these techniques which you can take away with you.

This workshop is ideal for those with some experience in painting furniture or those who want to want to creatively enhance a painted piece, its also a perfect next step workshop for those who have done our Beginners Furniture Painting Techniques workshop.
